England U20’s Team ready for World Championships
England’s Under 20’s team completed their last national training session today before the World Championships.
With trips abroad, Christmas and Summer camps, 18 premier league games, additional reduced and final squad training alongside the monthly national training weekends have made up the most comprehensive preparation for an England Juniors team.
The team fly out to Portugal on the 14th September for five more days training and games before moving on to Vilanova, Spain where they play the host country in the opening game of the tournament.
This team has gained high praise both on and off the rink in an age group that is so often difficult to sometimes keep in the sport with the day to day pressures of work and college life.
